Our in‑house production lineup covers 32 multi‑station cold heading machines, 6 thread‑rolling units, wire EDM and knurling equipment, supplemented by diverse CNC capacity: 2‑Axis CNC Lathes for high‑volume simple rotary parts, Swiss‑Type CNC Lathes, CNC Lathes for bushings, pins and rotary hardware, plus 3‑Axis CNC Machining Centers for complex non‑rotational custom components.
Strict quality assurance runs through every batch. Our inspection lab is equipped with CMM, vision measuring system, contour instrument, surface roughness tester, tensile tester, hardness tester and metallographic microscope for full‑range dimensional and material validation. We keep expanding both production and metrology capabilities to reliably meet customers’ evolving requirements.
