Threads get rolled, not cut—rolling compresses the material, so they hold up better under repeated use. Gate opening runs 22mm standard, but we can adjust per your print.

Material options: 35# carbon steel or 40Cr. Shipped raw, no plating unless you specify. For surface finish, we offer zinc plating with yellow or clear passivation, black oxide, or plain oiled finish for further processing. Salt spray testing on plated samples runs per ASTM B117—we typically see 72 hours minimum on zinc with yellow chromate. Heat treat to HRC 38-42 done in-house if you need it.
